A 100 seat casual restaurant located inside the Mirage next to the sports book. CPK is open every day from 11am –12am Sunday-Thursday, and 11am-2am Friday and Saturday.
The Smartender acts as the service bar for the servers. It is located in the back of house area and is linked with the point of sale terminals in the front of house. Servers take the guest orders, place them in the POS and hit send, go to the Smartender, swipe their user card, and then touch their ticket on the screen to pour the cocktails. Servers maintain the bar, pour their drinks using the Smartender, and then serve them to the guests.
The Smartender has a daily average of 80 drinks but has poured as many as 200 drinks in a single day!
A comparison ran by the management team at the Mirage showed that in its first two months on property, the Smartender contributed to over a 600% increase in revenue from the previous year. Originally, servers would travel to an adjacent casino bar to get guests cocktails as the restaurant served majority beer and wine.

The Smartender is currently used weekly for “Lobby Delights”. A different 4 ounce signature tropical cocktail is served complimentary in the lobby for 1 hour. They have also recently added the bar to the private function banquet menu.
The Smartender averages 60 drinks during each “Lobby Delights” happy hour.
They are very pleased with the consistency of pours and the ability to set drink size for the complimentary happy hour. Banquet management is excited to offer the bar for private functions, specifically the portability and accountability of the Smartender.
Once the bar is used for banquet events, a break-even date can be determined. As of now, it is only used to increase guest satisfaction.

The Smartender is placed poolside under a custom built Tiki Hut alongside a small beer cooler. Bar is also used in the offseason for nightly guest events. These include barbeques, poker and bingo nights and Low-Country Boils.
The Smartender pours approximately 350 drinks per month poolside.
Before the Smartender was installed by the pool, guests had to walk a ¼ mile down to the beach bar for cocktails. This new setup has increased revenue and guest satisfaction immensely.

The Smartender is moved from theater to theater to capture sales during the 30 minutes before each show time. This affords them 12 to 15 separate 30 minute service sessions each day.

he Smartender is set up inside the largest theater for 30 minutes before the movie starts. It is then moved just outside the theater for quick access to a drink during the movie. Their Smartender is set up in POS mode with 8 signature drinks along with single liquor/single mixer options. This allows for 70+ drinks to be available from a single ordering screen.
Drink Average: 15 per day on weekdays and 30 on weekends

The Smartender is sold as part of the hospitality packages available for the suites. On days that the bar is not booked, it is used in the concourse outside the small suites. This allows cocktail servers to retrieve their own drinks and get them to their customers within minutes.
The Smartender averages of 57 drinks per event. It was used as a service bar for one game and poured 125 drinks in 4 hours.
Management loves the portability of the machine, moving it to any suite within minutes. When used on the concourse just outside the suites, the cocktail servers for the suites no longer have to leave the concourse to get mixed drinks. This tends to increase their tips and free up time to get more orders.
Break-even is projected to be at 40 events using this information.

Regal has 2 Smartenders on property in use in the VIP Lounge. These two bars function as the only means for pouring mixed drinks, martinis and frozen drinks.
The two bars average 25 drinks per day
Management is thrilled to have the accountability and tracking of the onboard POS Management of the Smartenders. This system tracks each drink by time and server, eliminating over-pours, free drinks, mistakes and theft.
Through 38 days, the 2 bars have created $16,000 in revenue. This includes the 2 weeks of “soft-opening”, without marketing

17,565 seat stadium that is home to the Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics and various concerts throughout the year.
The Smartender is used in coordination with a multi-tap beer system on the concourse. This gives TD Garden the ability to offer mixed drinks along with draught beer utilizing the same labor source.
The Garden averages 80 drinks poured per event.
Management is thrilled with the speed and accuracy of the machine. The Smartender Management Report System enables the TD Garden to verify the amount of drinks poured and revenue received during each event.
