For location accuracy, each seat or location is assigned a unique QR code. To place an order just scan the QR code, select your preferred item and pay via your mobile device using Apple Pay, Google Pay or your own credit or debit card. A confirmation receipt is sent via text with the orders being transmitted through the host POS which directs each item (drink, food etc.) to the appropriate station. Cocktail orders are sent directly to the Smartender where the drink ticket appears on the screen for a back-of-house (BOH) team member to initiate the automatic pour and provide any requested garnish.  The drink ticket is printed, and the server delivers the cocktail to the QR location where the order originated from.
